Goji Headphones® will indicate final acceptance of your purchase by sending an order confirmation email with details of the items you ordered. We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to shipment for reasons such as unavailability, pricing mistakes, or other errors. You may cancel unfulfilled orders any time prior to shipment. 4. Prices and Payment
All prices listed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars. We periodically verify pricing accuracy but cannot be held responsible for typographic errors. In the event an item’s price is materially lower than intended, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you.
We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, and Google Pay. You represent that you are permitted to use the payment method provided. If your payment method fails or is invalid, we reserve the right to cancel your order. You are responsible for any duties or taxes applicable to your order based on your location.
5. Promotions and Discounts
Goji Headphones® sometimes offers promotions, discounts, and coupons that may provide monetary or percentage discounts on products. Promotional offers cannot be combined or stacked unless explicitly stated. Valid coupon codes must be applied at checkout to redeem discounts. We reserve the right to alter, terminate, or deny use of promotions at any time without notice.
6. Product Availability
We work to maintain accurate inventory counts, but items listed on the Site are offered on a first-come-first-served basis. Displayed inventory may change without notice based on simultaneous purchases by other customers. You will be notified by email if an item you ordered becomes unavailable or backordered. At your discretion, unavailable items may be refunded or canceled from your order.
7. Delivery and Shipping
Goji Headphones® provides free standard shipping within the contiguous U.S. on all orders over $50. Additional shipping charges apply for expedited delivery options and shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, APO/FPO addresses, and other U.S. territories. Shipping fees to international addresses will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
You will receive a shipment notification email with a tracking link when your order ships. We cannot guarantee exact delivery dates or times, but provide good faith estimates. We are not liable for shipping delays caused by carrier errors or unforeseen circumstances. You may contact us for the status of your order if you have not received it within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
8. Sales Tax
Goji Headphones® is required by law to collect applicable transactional sales tax on orders shipped to addresses in certain states and localities. All applicable state and local taxes will be displayed during checkout and included on your receipt. You are responsible for providing accurate location information for proper tax calculation.
9. Returns and Refunds
Goji Headphones® strives for 100% customer satisfaction. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you may return eligible items in new condition with tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund to your original payment method. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Please contact us to initiate a return and obtain an RMA number prior to sending anything back. We are unfortunately unable to accept exchanges at this time.
10. Account Registration
